But, I guess we'll see...
I'll provide links on the Brickset home page as soon as I can on the Friday. If you buy through them it helps keep Brickset online.
It's £29.99 in the UK.
Welcome to Brickset, BTW, you've picked an expensive hobby and the right place to talk about it!
+1 for a new store in Birmingham. I am surprised that Lego haven't opened one since the Bullring's been redeveloped.
I unfortunately missed my chance on the Curiosity Rover as I was busy and not paying close attention at the time, and it's a shame the only ones I can find anywhere online are exorbitantly priced already! Precisely how long did it take the sell out online? Does anyone have an idea of what the production run was for it?
Thanks!
Good thing I'm heading out early tomorrow to my LEGO store.
Edit: Wait. Everything with an 8/1 release date says the same thing...
So it sounds like the consensus is when it went up, it was already out of stock? I had assumed maybe they had simply sold out the local supply in record time--the 50% off B-Wing all over again!
...and now, it's listed as "Available Now" but the site is real slow. Perhaps the "Lego is trolling us" theory is correct :)
@chris_bham unfortunately I can't, I do virtually all of my Lego buying online.
I see its now OOS in all countries.
If the line with the exosuit on says in process, you should be OK, but it might change to back ordered. You never know with their order system.
The expected date might be completely wrong too. Often things come weeks before the expected date.
