I tried the 3% Hydrogen peroxide method last week and it worked really well. I just asked for it at my local chemist and a bottle was only £1. Put it in to a clear container and then placed it on some foil which I folded up round the back to act as a reflector. placed it on a sunny windowsill for a few hours and the bricks have come up really well (mainly white minifigure parts).
Does this method helps too?
Did the seller pre-warn you that the bricks would stink of smoke though? If not, complain.
