Hospital is complete with minifigs to the best of my knowledge. Ambulance is not (no minifig and stretcher stuff). hospital instructions included. the guys hair piece is included. I personally built these from ground up and in good faith declare these statements although i cannot guarentee anything let me know if there are any questions. $110 USA only
