FS/FT: Incomplete QaR (#4195) - £50 shipped

I received this set as part of a larger lot and I already have one. The set is missing 339 pieces (I've completely inventoried it this morning, please see the attached excel file), most of which are probably easily replaceable with your spares. Otherwise, BL it is.

Some quick details:
It has some 4 of the 7 minifigs (Jack Sparrow, cook, yeoman zombie, gunner zombie)
3 of 4 masts
ALL sails are present
ALL ship pieces are present
Stickers have been applied
no instructions
no box

Pieces are in above average condition. Bit dusty, but no bite marks, etc.
