New Cafe Corner and Green Grocer for sale in US- VA or NC only

I have spares of both of these and have decided to sell them for cash. Purchased at the Tyson Corner Lego store by me. Stored inside the house. These are two of my favorite sets, and need to be built rather than sitting on the shelf.

Prefer delivery in person and will be attending BrickFair 2014 in Chantilly VA. Both are new unopened but badly damaged boxes, so do not bother if you need a perfect box. I have photos of each box. The seals are pretty beat up, but have not been opened. PM me with an offer for one or both. Reserve is set at $750. Cafe Corner and $1150. Green Grocer.

You will need positive feedback on this forum or eBay, and I will share my feedback.
