I've acquired a San Diego Comic Con Star Wars Exclusive Advent Calendar. I'm still not convinced that I'm going to part with it, but I'll offer it here. Here is the item at Bricklink http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=comcon015-1 and here is the actual item you will receive:image
If you're interested, please send me a forum message with your offer.

If you want people to make a decision it would help if they know if this is the same set that is in stores now with a different box or is this set different in another way? The more info you provide the easier it is for potential buyers to come to a decision. Just trying to help you out. As of now, the link doesn't provide an inventory that could also help someone make up their mind.

Good luck. Whatever you decide make sure you can live with the choice without regret.

^ It's the same set that's in stores now, except with the additional cardboard packaging denoting itself as a Comic-con exclusive giving it an extra facet of collectability. From fbtb: http://www.fbtb.net/2011/07/21/sdcc-exclusive-7958-lego-star-wars-advent-calendar/

You're right that Matthew would be best served providing as much information as possible, but I think he was probably right in assuming that his target audience would know exactly what it is.

I think the most pertinent thing that should be mentioned is that Matthew is in the UK.

Also didn't this come with a limited edition print/poster?

Yep it did, I'll add some more information later

Is it still sealed? If not, can you take a photo of the poster that can be used for the inventory on Bricklink?

I'm not sure the box came sealed. I read somewhere that the Comic Con exclusive boxes were sold unsealed. Mind you, I can not state this from personal experience so it may not be true.

I also read that the outer box was not sealed.

Yes the outer box is sealed. I know because I have #368 still sealed.

Mine is sealed as well. #461. I would have done an inventory on Bricklink but I didn't want to break the seals to get a photo of the poster.

I've just had a look at it for you, and it's still sealed, but not in the normal way. There's a tear off strip on one side, and the other end is glued up. I've taken some more photos, and I'll add a bit more info for those who aren't aware.

Side of box showing tear off strip

    Front showing '798 of 1000'

And just to prove I have it, a shot of the box with my card on top

This set was available to buy at San Diego Comic Con 2011 for 50 USD, It includes the regular Star Wars Advent Calendar, MISB, with a limited edition print, sealed inside a 'mailing box'. There are pictures at FBTB's flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/fbtbnet/5960040863/), which show the advent calendar and the print removed from the extra box. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I will ship the item from the UK, securely packaged. I do have a soft spot for some of the Star Wars films, but I'm not the biggest SW fan in the world by a long way, so I would rather this went to someone who would really appreciate it, and I could certainly use the money! As before, please send me a message with your offer.
