Pfft. Lego 'warehouse'. Yeeaaah riiiight, they're selling it for someone ;)
At 5500, it sounds like someone knows their aftermarket. Asking for 20% off, its probably close to their reserve/asking price. The store likely gets a commission/cut as well, hence the 5500.

20% off the original USD5500 is almost like what you can get MISB off ebay. Try ask for a little more. There is a shop in Singapore selling theirs online for a similar price, likely also for an investor.

Addit: And since you're in the UAE, it may sell very quickly too.

Without a doubt, stick it it Hamleys, London on any Saturday afternoon for £5,500 it will be gone by the end of the day.

There will a buyer who one day will walk into that store and buy it for their kid's sweet sixteenth.
