I see that Bricklink have seperated the yellow into two distinct shades.
Bright Light yellow 103 and Light yellow 33.
So I guess that must be a real distinction made by Lego at some point and they are just mixing the two colours fairly indiscriminately, as they use up their brick stores.
The Sand Green in the Green Grocer set is a shade lighter than the Sand Green in the Haunted House set. I addressed this issue before in the forum. I am very specific when I put together my parts. I have period accurate parts from 70's, 80's 90's in seperate bins and I draw from them to put together my sets.
Each brick is not the same.
Two variants - is this normal or what's the deal here?
