Hello, I have a 10243 Parisian Restaurant for sale in Australia.

This is brand new and never built. It does NOT include the box. It includes everything else. All bricks are in original unopened factory sealed polybags.

This is a limited time offer. This must sell by Wednesday.

Offer price is $200. Message me if interested, will consider all reasonable offers.

This price does not include shipping. Shipping will be negotiated. This would ship from PERTH. I would prefer to avoid shipping and simply arrange a pickup in person in the CBD.
