(US) Have: Sealed #10237 Tower of Orthanc Want: (Any Currently Available Modular Sealed)

The title says it all: I would like to trade my sealed #10237 Tower of Orthanc for one of the five currently available modular buildings although I would prefer to trade for a TH or GE. I want the trade valued at $199.99 so:

#10224 Town Hall would be a straight swap.

#10211 Grand Emporium, #10218 Pet Shop, #10232 Palace Cinema: Would require an additional $50 from you.

#10243 Parisian Restaurant: Would require an additional $40 from you.

This may be a decent deal for those of you who scooped up one of the older Modulars during the days when discounts were available. As I previously mentioned, the set is sealed and the box is in very good (though not perfect) shape. There may be some minor creases and what not that are common to boxes that size. The set was ordered directly from [email protected] I want a sealed set in return, the box doesn't have to be perfect, but I want it to be in decent shape.
