Lego Ideas is an opportunity for fans of Lego to post their ideas and, by gathering 10,000 supporters, have their idea turned into a real Lego set. This would be a dream come true for me! If you think that a skatepark would make a great Lego set, then please support my project. You just need to click on the link below and then click "support" on that page. If you don't already have a Lego account, the page will prompt you to make one which is quick and easy, just requiring an email address. I hope you'll consider supporting my project :) Thank you!

I saw this project on the side https://ideas.lego.com/projects/153895
looks an awful lot like haunted house, did lego replicated the house on the pictures?
Wondering how long before ANOTHER brand new member pops up because they simply HAD to join to comment on this awesome project...
Since we're on the subject of monorails, you might want to look at this thread that is currently going on to see what the monorail's potential is:
http://bricksetforum.com/discussion/26002/lego-classic-space-monorail#latest
Since you asked what it needs, I would say it needs a motor to be able to move. Which means Power Functions, which means you're going to need to figure out a way to to use one of the M motors to power a drive wheel. That will also burn interior space in your monorail cabs. One of the biggest disadvantages of the original sets is the amount of room the 9v box took up; it was almost half a sled, leaving substantially less space for minifigures. Not much of a point to an Airport Shuttle if there's no room to actually shuttle large groups of people.
Did you figure out a way to curve the track? There are those new macaroni tiles but the turning radius is probably way too tight. Unless your city is exactly a straight line, you'll want some flexibility with track direction.
It looks like you used those window panels for the sides with 4xN plates as the roof. since the panels have 4 studs over their width that means you won't be able to easily remove the roof panels to place minifigures inside. Having to rip apart a set to access the interior can get old fast. Those early 90s sets from when I was a kid had that problem now and again.
The biggest appeal of the monorail is its ability to climb. This was done using toothed track. Since the track isn't made by Lego anymore, and hasn't been for a long time, there's exactly zero indication they'll ever make it again. Which means you're going to need to come up with a different mechanism for it to ascend and descend, should you go that route.
YMMV.
Anyone else see something wrong with this?

I think it has loads of potential. I'm hoping to get some momentum early on and keep that going. Currently the lowest projects under "popular this week" are only at around 167 supporters in the past week. I'm hoping if I can hit that it'll gain some traction.
Hello everyone.
I am here to present one of my creations: The central perk coffee of the serie "Friends".
Being fan of this series for several years, I found interesting the idea of creating this set knowing that no proposal of the central perk has been proposed to date. Friends being a cult and timeless series has attracted millions of fans, as well as BigBang Theory, Ghostbuster and Back to the Future, this set would complement a long series of Lego on movies and TV series.
Phoebe behind her microphone and singing her famous song "SMELLY CAT"
Gunther the manager of the central perk. He always fantasizes about getting married with Rachel
For this, I propose my project on the official website lego ideas. Currently I have more than 3150 supporters and hope to reach the next 10000 to have a chance that my idea is selected.
If you find the idea great, do not hesitate to support this creation and also left me a comment to know what you think :) Thanks to all

Not a fan of the show myself but I wish you luck.
Surely :) I am new and I am not yet familiar with the forum
Anyways...
If this set got chosen...You reckon Lego would create a new hairpiece for the "Rachel". I was a big fan of Chandler's brand of humor and had a big crush on Jennifer Aniston at 14. Thursdays use to be so awesome when Friends & Seinfeld made NBC freaking dominant.
....Yea. The crickets know what im talking bout !
No need, CMF Series 17 Veterinary already has the "Rachel cut". :o)
I still do. Sigh!
Don't you both think having a crush on a 14 year old is a bit creepy?
Ross with the Holiday Armadillo suit could be a contender...
Although I don't quite get why projects on this show are approved and my Parks and Rec one wasn't..
