* not RRP though. Not really a Lego store either as most people would know it.

There isn't a Lego Lego store in Prague, but as had been mentioned a few times in the forum there is a store called the 'LeMi Shop of Lego products & Brick Museum'. If you look at the front of the store it pretty much looks like a Lego shop. It would to most people anyhow, the shopping bags are identical to those given out at Lego Lego stores certainly.

The front part of the store has current items for sale at pretty much RRP, but in the back it's like a store version of ebay with many items at 'market' prices. See photos; you'll get the idea. For those of you with poor eyesight they have 4x4 Crawler Exclusive Edition #41999 for 19999 CZK (£600), Emerald Night #10194 for 999 CZK (£300), Santa Fe Super Chief #10020 for 11990 CZK (£360), and so on.

A most unusual arrangement I thought. Obviously, as per an antique shop or toy collectible shop, there would be nothing to stop anyone selling any goods at any price, obviously they get current stock from Lego and indeed use the Lego brand with Lego shelving and so on. This would appear to fly in the face of Lego's attempts to discourage an over-priced aftermarket.

Anyhow if anyone really needs a #41999 Crawler right now, now you know where to go. They had a couple in the display case and for all I know have 100 or so in the back. Wait a minute.... where was the person who bought all the crawlers based again?

Pretty coo. In Hong Kong there is this whole arcade shopping mall on Nathan Road that is like 70% LEGO re-sellers with seats dating back 40 years. It was insane, and even more insane was that I stumbled upon it not expecting it at all.

Was there at the Prague place a few years ago. They had plenty of Tantative IV and ISDs that'd been long since discontinued. No bargains to be had there, they knew exactly what the aftermarket was doing and priced to suit. Good for that "I must have it no matter the price" item.
