Found it, indeed, it's not the best, probably that's why it didn't attract my attention.

First post in here with MOC. A little something I threw together on LDD. Thanks to @rancorbait for rendering it for me.

    Did this yesterday:

LEGO Hero Factory MOD - 44023 Rocka Crawler (render)

Yeah, I know, I don't normally show these kinds of MOC's here (I save them for EB), but it's still a mech hardsuit and, well, I liked how the render turned out on this one :-) Oh, and see the light effects in the lightsabers to make them look like lasers? @rancorbait has actually asked me "how do you do that?" (believe it or not ;-) ).

    So many great MOCs...

I really need to fix up and make more MOCs; I am very enthusiastic about the prospect of working as a Designer at Lego how am I going to become a Lego designer if I cannot build Lego creations at this level :/

Whist walking pass my door in my house I stumbled upon that I could use roof tiles for the panel design on the door.

Note: This is my first LDD to POV-Ray conversion.

Dude. This needs to be a whole new contest. (Next/upcoming contest idea, @TheOneVeyronian‌?) Iconic Star Wars scenes represented in Neo/Classic Space. I can already see (vaguely in my mind) Jabba's palace represented in Classic Space moonbase style.

^ Or a blue, grey and trans-yellow Millennium Falcon? "Fastest hunk of classic junk in the galaxy!" :-P

Jokes aside, it sounds like a great idea for a contest, I can't believe no one has already thought of this before today!

@vitreolum Why not add a Dewback to it and just post it here? Just because the contest restricted the part content doesn't mean you can't do one and post it in just this thread :-)

    @leg0fan‌ - Yes! Exactly :o)

Try to limit yourself in the number of comments you post though. Instead of posting 3 comments like you just did, just make them into a single comment. If you type something out, post the comment, but then remember you forgot to say something you can use the edit feature instead of posting a new comment. The edit feature is viable for 6 minutes after the post has been made.

I've banned leg0fan on the basis that he/she appears to be a juvenile judging by his/her posts and the photos posted here.

Haha, thanks Nick. I think I do.... sometimes. :))

Apparently I'm a fast builder, most of my mocs are 1-3 hour builds... which is funny as I'm quite slow when it comes to building sets.

Heh, just found my very first MOC since coming out of dark ages, all alone on MOCpages.

@Huw I think everybody knew. I didn't want to say any thing, just liked, nodded my head and smiled.

@vitreolum did that string by the carbonite controls do any thing or just used for details?

@minifignick I was going to buy that ET and Silver Surfer until I saw the price. Sheesh!

EDIT: Just saw that Et isn't actually that bad Silver Sufer is still 69 Euros!
  • vitreolumvitreolum Member Posts: 1,406
@bobabricks Nope, just a cable for the control panel that was in the movie.
  • minifignickminifignick Member Posts: 109

@minifignick I was going to buy that ET and Silver Surfer until I saw the price. Sheesh!

I have bought a few things from them They are great quality items But I do limit myself to no more than £15 for a minifigure So Silver Surfer is way out of my price range.

  • bobabricksbobabricks Member Posts: 1,842
^ Oh, for some reason I thought it made the carbonite spin around. Now that would be something to see. ;P
  • bobabricksbobabricks Member Posts: 1,842
@minifignick That's a good rule to go by, don't want to get carried away. ;)
  • vitreolumvitreolum Member Posts: 1,406
@bobabricks Doubt I could make that now, would have been something to be able to do that two years ago. :))

^Thanks; if you have seen my Flickr favorites tab you will know I got inspired by simple MOCs of every day to day household items.
  • plasmodiumplasmodium Member Posts: 1,956
That's a pretty fantastical garden there. I have no idea what he's growing in there, but it's probably not legal. In fact, now I look harder, I see he's managed to make his "produce" grow already in the syringes (bottom left corner)...so that's how they get to 'Cloud Cuckoo Land', is it?

But on a more serious note, that is some flippin amazing part usage there, especially in the garden and the bird.
  • vitreolumvitreolum Member Posts: 1,406
Haha, thanks, that's what I was aiming for, to add a fantasy twist to the garden and avoid using actual plants as much as possible.
