You can likely leave white bricks soaking in H2O2 indefinitely. Keep a watchful eye on any other colors though, I ruined a bunch of light bley corner bricks.

If this was to me, the X-wing I got doesn't have any yellowing whatsoever :)

Through a very fortunate set of factors I ended up being able to get a brand new in partially opened box #75952 for $16 yesterday at Walmart.

Although the lighting makes your image looks ever so slightly yellowed, there's a whole bunch of posts about bleaching bricks just before your post :-)

It looks rather yellowed in your picture, especially the plates on the interior wing surfaces and the top of the fuselage.

I just snagged a sealed #21317 Steamboat Willie for $65!

I've wanted this set since it was released, but just couldn't justify the $90 price tag. My birthday is in two weeks and my wife had planned on getting it for me. However, she knows how much I enjoy finding deals on local buy/sell groups and apps. I got the green light today after seeing someone post this set to go ahead and buy it for myself.

The only rule is I have to surrender control of it back to the Mrs. so she can wrap it and give it back to me in two weeks. Deal!

It's sort of a double deal as it leaves me a little more room in my budget to buy something else!

@KungFuKenny that is an awesome find. While I don't collect the entire Ninjago line, I love the architecture and a lot of the large Mech sets. And Walmart clearance can often yield 50% off or more.

Good grief, it looks like it went as low as $19.00... missed that one but still feeling good about it.  I am jealous of that price for Steamboat Willie @Switchfoot55

Actually, the seller used to be an avid collector, and she did say that she knew the Haunted House was around 200 Euros on its own, but she said that she liked me and felt like giving that one for 80 Euros and all the others were gifts with purchase :) I think she wanted to donate all the LEGO she had left to someone that would appreciate them :)

^That's awesome! I had a similar interaction with someone last year after buying the Winter Village Market set. When we met for me to pick it up, we started talking about Lego and the other WV sets I had.

She then proceeded to gift me the Winter Village Post Office just because.

I always love it when the stars align!

I have done this exact same thing myself, new and used on a multiple occasions.  As a matter of fact I believe I have about 4 sets sitting in my closet waiting for my wife to gift me for Birthday/Christmas.  She just doesn't know it yet.  ;-)

I tried to buy 31088 (creator shark and crab), but my order got  cancelled so I grabbed 31093 (creator river house) for less than 17$ in another shop. Not that I really wanted this set, but it has lots of pieces (396) for the price asked. Same shop sells Grindelwald's escape for 15$ and the carriage looks super dope, but I'm not interested in this theme. And it bugs me a little, 'cause carriage do really looks great. But I buy lego for MOCs mostly, so it doesn't matter.

My previous buy (Fantastic Beasts Story pack) turned out not that great – for some reason this set has little demand and I even found one shop that sells it mostly for the same price I got it (cheaper than most fun packs on it's shelf – like, what the heck?). Yeah.. tough luck to trade it for another set.

ROFL! :D. Well 3 cents US is going to be closer to 4 cents Canuck, but yeah that’s not too rich for my blood I think I could swing it :D.

Nice!  Brickseek shows 1 store with 5 #75212 in stock @ $40 but a little far for me to go.  Funny thing is same store I scored my $.03 Porg shows 2 of these in stock at $.03 as well.  Wish one of these would show up.  It was a long time ago I saw one on shelf at $70.  Hmmm.  Maybe I should swing by in the morning anyway and see if I get lucky...

So the Walmart clearance swings from one end of the spectrum to the other.  After my #75230 find for $.03 on Wednesday, today I find 10 of #70841 in the clearance aisle with the clearance sticker of $9.97.  A whopping $.02 off RRP.  Sheeesh.

Not a "find" per se (that comes later this week😉) but my buddy visited NYC & brought back the Speed Champions Camaro for me, rounding out my collection to an even 12 cars.

On my way to work, I stopped by a petrol station. Inside, they had Infinity war outrider drop ship attack set (the one with captain America and black widow) for £7.99! Naturally I picked up two

Meaning I sent in a request to Lego for these parts to see if I could buy them and instead they showed up in the mail

    pre-birthday haul 😉
Doesn't look like much but in the tote (besides some odds & ends) is:

    42041 Race Truck
    8069 Backhoe Loader
    7573 Battle of Alamut
    42027 Desert Racer

& got the Speed Champions set with a reward I got for finding & returning a Montana kid's phone I found while exploring rocks in Utah. I risked my life to retrieve it.

100% worth it for free LEGO imo.  (Unless it's Galidor... then it's 1000% worth it, right?)

Canyonlands Natl Park, Moab UT- that's me waving, & later I was exploring down behind the large rock (see arrow) & saw the phone in a crevasse about 10 ft below me. I was literally on a ledge with nothing to my left. The sad(?) thing is, the FIRST thing I thought was "oohhh Lego reward money!"

The kid had lost it about a week prior. They knew it went down but just abandoned it.

I would've kept it, sold it and bought Lego that way lol

I am a member of a Dutch Lego Facebook group that keeps track of all offers, discounts and actions and they are doing a sale this week, managed to nab one box of #10262 for 100 Euros. Not bad given that is sells for 170 at Lego online and about 150 elsewhere!

@Keilup On Walmart products at $0.03; That is the signal for the night stock dept., when they scan the item, to pull the item and send it back to the warehouse. But if you can snag it they will sell it to you for that price! I have picked up a few video games that way...but never anything like a LEGO Porg! Awesome find!

Good to know.  But I’m sure odds of finding any product left at that point is pretty slim.

Interesting. But how does the night stock dept. know which items to scan? They can’t possibly scan everything in the store to see which to send back to the warehouse can they?

Not a high-level brag, but I did manage to snag a complete #7598 for $56. Considering the ridiculous prices that set goes for nowadays, I'm considering that a win!

That also pretty much completes the Toy Story sets I plan on collecting. I might still pick up #7789 sometime if I find it cheap just because I think it's such a cute "toys built out of LEGO" concept. The only other one that has ever really caught my eye at all is #7594.

But I'm very happy to finally add the yellow truck to the collection!

^That's a great find! I'm definitely on the hunt for #7598!

There was a local seller that had several Toy Story sets recently. The only issue was that I was out of town. I asked him to hold them for me, but he wouldn't. Completely understandable...but devastating. The price was right and would have checked off three of my Toy Story wants.

@Astrobricks I don't know for sure, but when I worked for Target (long, long ago) the stockers would refill empty spots, pull old material, and put in new stuff in for one or two areas each night. It would take a week or so for them to get around the whole store. I expect it is something like that with Walmart. But I also expect the scanning gets a little random unless they redo a whole section, which is why you can find the odd 3 cent Porg or video game (or -insert desired thing here-) lying around.
