diggydoes: looking for input on BL-transaction

Hi everybody,
i run a small BL-shop which features mostly Minifigures,a buyer from the UK (i'm located in Germany) currently placed a order for a couple Minifigures (total value 55€),i've sent the invoice about 18hrs later. He choose paypal as paying method but i haven't received the payment yet (sent the invoice 3days ago),i already asked him if he's received the invoice but no reaction. I'm not sure what to do,if i claim to BL i might get a negative FB,on the other hand, the longer i wait the higher the chance that the value of the figures has been going down (all figures are from the current "Hobbit"line)due to more people offering them!
What would you do?

Chances are he won't pay if he has found them cheaper since, and the prices are dropping due to cheap sets available now (especially for Azog and Radagast from the large Dol Guldur set).

You will have to wait the full seven days as per bricklink's rules. It is a problem with Bricklink. Even worse, if you file a NPB and he replies saying he will pay (but doesn't), then it can hold it up for another couple of weeks.

If you have payment terms - such as payment must be made within 3 days of receiving invoice - stick to them and file a non-payment claim. Negative feedback isn't that bad, you can always post a simple reply saying buyer refused contact and refused to pay. If you don't have any payment terms listed (list some!) then I'd wait 7 days before cancelling the order.

^ Even if you list terms such as three days payment, you have to wait 7 days from the date the order is placed before you can file a NPB. If the buyer pays on the fourth or seventh day, you still have to sell to him under bricklink rules.

After 7 days, follow the NPB process. If the buyer posts a negative feedback, you can have it remove fairly easy as it is a clear situation and BL can easily retraced what happened.
