Why doesn't Brickset show all parts in a set parts list?

I found a lot of set parts list doesn't show all parts, does anyone tell me why?
For example, there is a blue 6x28 train baseplate in 60044, but there is no any info about this blue baseplate, I confirmed it in 60044 instructions, it's there!

Brickset takes its part lists directly from Lego.com. If the official site doesn't have the full inventory, neither will Brickset.

Correct, thank you. However next week or we will also be showing inventories from rebrickable which are more complete.
