Building a Simple Roof?

Yeah, me again...Sorry to be a pest, but I need some basic instruction...I cannot figure out how to build a slanted roof for a building...What parts do I need?...I want to build a small warehouse type building with a sloping roof...How do I begin? Sorry for the simple question, but I'm stumped...Thanks,
