New Sealed Lego Black Phantom #6203 Hero Factory trade or sale.

I have #6203 Black Phantom for Hero Factory. I was going to open for parts as I like the spider/skull thing on the left hand, but I after doing some research on bricklink, amazon and ebay figure it may be best to trade or sell. I will sell for $65 shipped in U.S.A and trade for say $70 worth of Lego?

For trade I would like the LEGO train station #7937, #75009, SW, Dino and Pirates sets. Would put trade cost towards a Queen Ann, or Fire Brigade if price is reasonable.
