Data mining should add "excluding Collectable Minifigures"

Besides "excluding Star Wars", now "excluding Collectable Minifigures" is more desired.
Need no explanation.

    There have already been a few requests to add exclusion filters to queries. We'll consider this another vote in favor. I'm sure @Huw will get to it when it comes up properly in the priority queue.
