Gosh what a busy day! All the cake is now gone. I haven't counted yet but I don't think we will reach £300 like we did last year but who knows? It all helps a great charity anyway.

Well the count is in and the total raised from my work's Fairy Friday cake sale is.... 

£231!

I know that's a pretty good amount but I must confess to being a little bit disappointed after last year's massive total.
However, we did the best we could and continued to raise Fairy Bricks' profile and the money will still help sick kids which is the most important thing :-)

^ Well done. The effort is always worth it.

Our Cake sale and bigger Raffle managed to raise slightly more than last year.
I'll post a few pictures later.
Several Raffle winners also donated their prizes back to the Nottingham Children's Hospital so there will be a picture of the donations too. 
And the profile of Fairy Bricks is raised.
The Hospital newsletters will also be writing stories about the event.......

OK so on Saturday I was being an idiot and managed to miss off about £17. So with that and the extra donations raised today by Maddie's brownies,  the total now stands at... 

£254!!!

Very happy with that extra boost though obviously not thrilled my maths was so poor!

Hopefully these pictures will inspire more to break out the ingredients and get baking :-)

Congratulations on the fundraising! I love that Fairy Bricks exists; spent a lot of time in hospital as a kid (and since) and Lego was a very necessary distraction!

Also, the cakes look delicious. :D
