Ditto. Although for other reasons. I already have my screening passes for the movie.

I just realized that you are supposed to have been mailed an invite to enter. So anyone eligible will already know. Mods you can delete this thread.

You never know and it's good to remind people that screenings may be occurring in their area. I just checked Northern Virginia but failed to find anything useful.

Another way to win and I think this one is for a trip to the LA screening.

It's a 45 minute flight, and great opportunity for a weekend getaway. Did someone say new polys at Legoland Discovery Center?!!

So do you think they might have and giveaways at the screening...maybe the dj or emmet minifigures...or maybe some 3d glasses with special designs.....or is this even going to be a 3d showing? Not that I care...10 dollars in toll money is still cheaper than seeing it when it comes out and we get to see it a week early

Movie was awesome...Margot, I'm guessing you were at the Illinois screening from your post on facebook. We drove from Milwaukee in the snow...talked to a family from Cleveland...surprised to see people from so many different places there...a little upset that we didn't get the full sized regular poster...we got the one thatbhad up earlier that didn't show all the characters. Still had a great time and the movie was great. No spoilers but there are a lot of surprises in the movie.

I was looking for you there , I was sure I would recognize your kids from the Bertie posts. The drive was horrible! Luckily the movie was great !!!

We were up towards the back of the theater (Hope likes to sit up high). We actually were one of the first two families there. Movie was very good (and a lot more sentimental than I expected). Thankfully the drive home was a lot better.

Hmm, we were there at 9:45. Sat in the back row.

Wow! We were probably only a few rows in front of you (over to the left of the theater facing the screen) and probably not too far in front of you in line (though it wasn't much of a line at first even after going up stairs)...we got there around 9:30.... wound up talking to a family from Cleveland who got there first. Kind of hope they didn't come all the way from Cleveland just for the movie though.
