I was saving VIP points buying sets for the kids, during the May 4th and VIP 3x bought a few things for myself and saved the points, I was actually up to 260 but have since than purchased some retiring items sets for kids. I now have 200 VIP points. I was saving it to buy the Ewok Village #10236 and with one of the $20 coupon would only pay $30+ tax. Now the Simpsons #71006 house is out and looks awesome and would cost me 180 points after the $20 coupon. I am trying to figure out what the best use of the mix of points and the $20 coupons, I have 4 of them.

BTW $20 coupon is 20 of $100 purchase..

Options:
1 - buy #10236 use all the points and $20 coupon only pay $30 + tax
2 - Buy #71006 use 180 points + $20 coupon + pay tax
3 - buy Multiple sets that would equal 100 point, + use $20 coupon . I can do to purchase to take advantage of the coupon points mix.

I would buy the Simpsons House and Ewok Village later on using the other $20 coupons.

Thoughts?

200 VIP points = $10. Or were you talking about $200 worth of points?

Regardless, buy what you would like. No one else can answer the question as well as you can

If you "need" to buy one right now, I'd buy the Simpsons House and save Ewok Village for May 4th.

Will the coupon work on an exclusive?

Please note that these types of questions are usually discouraged here as they are entirely up to our own individual preferences and rarely lead anywhere positive. Please feel free to review each set's reviews on Brickset for additional guidance. Thanks.
