Differences between two Batman minifigs

Can anyone help me spot the differences between the two black Batman figs please? (sh016 and sh016a)? I've had a look and simply can't tell the difference between them!

    The difference is in the cowl. Look at the parts inventory of #6863, which shows both versions, and you should be able to see the difference. BrickLink's "Type 2 Cowl" (part 10113) is more angular.

    It's the shape of the Cowl.
