I wondered if these actually have any value as they are the same as the Mirkwood Elves? The only difference is the card that comes with the fig I think?

To me they have the same value as the Mirkwood elves.

That said, some people put a price on packaging. For example, Bilbo in the hessian sack - is that sack worth $100? Considering a new Bilbo from a regular set is about $3.

It's not packaged in a polybag or anything, right?

It looks like it just comes in a normal ziplock bag that is not unique with a character card. @CCC I know what you mean about the Bilbo, cheap fig in a sack with a tag means a $100+ price.

I saw a polybag of the "Lake Town Guard" at TRU today. Edit: Found the thread for this one. Sorry.

You'd know it was different though.

I hate to admit it, but I probably would pay more for the early booking elf if it was new in a ziplock bag with packing. If I found one on ebay, (which I haven't, I've searched and nothing shows up) I personally would pay around 20 bucks for one. Curious to see if any have been sold and for how much.

^There is one on eBay now. 22 hours to go and it is at £2.39 plus postage. Don't know if they ship internationally but I'd be interested to see how it does. It seems the seller has a few of them.

@meadle could you link me so I could take a look? I've tried searching and nothing ever comes up.
