Matching my Inventory to what Sets I can Build???

I am looking for a solution to this question: How can I know what complete sets I can build using the inventory of parts I have?

I want to be able to input my inventory somewhere and get a list of all the sets I can build - individually; in combination; and almost completely.

I know I can enter design id for a piece into various online databased and get the sets that piece comes in. I want to do that with a bulk list of parts and get all the sets possible to build.

Ideas?

    ^ agreed, that's how I figure out what pieces I am missing from any bulk buys.
