After two weeks of nothing in my "Quick Picks", the exclusive from my favorite theme appeared with a 5% discount. Very interesting. I'm being vague here, hoping that this stays under the radar. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

I know some don't consider the VIP program as a discount but I'm not interested in splitting hairs over that.
Most of the time, my picks align themselves pretty well with my amazon shopping habits - mainly Lego, Lego Videos, Lego books, etc. but every now and then they are so far off that I have to ask myself "Who the hell do these people think I am?"
"No. I will be not be needing rabbit sheers while listening to the smooth music stylings of Simon & Garfunkel."
I've moved this to "Buying and Selling" as it's not necessarily a current deal available to everyone.
The personal quick picks are rather weird sometimes. During the Black Friday/Cyber week extravaganza they went away entirely. Now they are back with Lego sets.
There are lulls when they are entirely random stuff like today's "Chainmate CM-24SSP 24-Inch Survival Pocket Chain Saw With Pouch" Perhaps to be used to
mutilatemodify Lego pieces?Ahhh man! I've always wanted one of those. And, with a pouch! Why can't that be a quick pick of mine? I will often see a Watering Scare Crow that is Black and Yellow. :-) You know for those times you're watering grass seed, or your garden, and want those pesky birds to stay away.
One would think they look at the items you have purchased in the past, but I think the example above explains that away.
Err... Something, something... Er, get off my lawn!
This isn't overkill, it is proper punctuation and line spacing. You kids these days with your 160 characters or less Twittering or Tweeting or whatever it is that you do.
Now get off my lawn! :)
