That seems a bit... meh, considering what we've seen in the past. Not even a tile for the first 500 through the door.
I was fortunate enough to attend the Leicester Square store as a RLFM rep, and got a bag of goodies, but it seems like the launch offers for Lego fans are not what they were.

Brickset will be there on the pre-opening event on the 24th so we'll report back ASAP.
Yeah....so not gonna be spending anything near £120. More like 20 quid ! I like the look of that mini Battersea Power Station. So cute. But no flying inflatable pig ?
Despite this branch being slightly nearer to my home than Leicester Square or Westfield SB I don't think I will be going there regularly as there isn't really much else for me at this fancy pants new shopping centre.
But it will be a nice Thursday morning out - and I will get to use the new (ish) tube station (the catchy named "Battersea Power Station Station" - so good they named it twice).
I am going to go tomorrow if the morning goes to plan (getting daughter to school on time can be a bit of a faff).
I've never been to a store opening before.
And what should I buy for about 20 quid (all I can spare this month).
The mini battersea PS model is not available until the weekend, although attendees today were given one.
If I make it back to London one day (I should say when), I'll hopefully be able to check the area out and of course stop by the Lego store.
I did get there yesterday, but not until after lunch. Spoke to one of the staff members who had come over from Leicester Square to help out, and he said the first chap in the queue had been there since 5.30am!
It's a nice shop - a little small maybe, with some stock up on a first floor landing that's only accessible by a narrow staircase. It was a bottleneck yesterday and the store wasn't that crowded, could be a nuisance at busier times.
Lego stores all use the same design language these days, so other than the mural on the wall, there's little to distinguish this shop from any other. If it hadn't been for the opening day offers, I probably wouldn't have visited. For me (Enfield) it's a 90 minute train / tube journey, whereas I used to be able to hop in the car and get to Watford in about 20 mins. As such, I doubt I'll visit again.
Did treat myself, as I haven't bought any Lego for a while. I've been eying up #75978 Diagon Alley for a long time, and I'm not sure if it's due for retirement any time soon, so I thought I'd splash out. Got the #40528 Brand Store, #40589 Pirate Ship Playground and the I Love Battersea tile on the way out.
It's (the power station) a lovely place to visit from an architecture point of view, but shopping-wise, it's mainly aimed at those who want to spend £10,000 on a watch or clothes or whatnot.
There is a nice Pret A Manger though, if you're peckish.
Yes I plan to go Sunday. Get the teeny power station set, buy a few minifigs and that will be about it.
I doubt I will go to Battersea again as the rest of the shops are way out my league!
It was so quiet on Wednesday I can't imagine it was worth any of the shops while being open, to be honest. Maybe it's busier at weekends!
They could at least have a Battersea Dogs and Cats charity shop/gift shop there.
Tea towels with cats on.... I'd buy them !!
I queued for an hour. All the staff on queue control were fantastic though. Lovely people.
It was very very busy today. Lots of kids (urrgh - how dare they - children wanting a toy product - shocking). Word of warning to anyone planning on going next week - it's the half term holiday for schools so it will be packed with kids all week.
It being Battersea Power Station I had to go with the pig theme so Peter Pig came with me.
