    Sometimes Meijer has awesome discounts. Just depends on your store location and your timing. I have gotten many a set at 75-90% off there over the years. Mostly just 30-50% off these days. It is a family owned company (no publicly traded stock) which is one reason the stores are so nice IMO.

    Sometimes we do.  I've bought a few sets here and there that were clearanced for 50% off or more.  It is usually around January-February and July-August however, when they are clearing it out for new sets.

    Next week (starting Sunday June 12th), Dimensions Starter Packs are 50% off (so, $49.99 probably).

    There's also a minor sale on Dimensions Fun Packs: Buy one at normal price, then get another (same price or lower) at 40% off.

    Both are advertised on the front page of next week's Fathers Day ad.

    THURSDAY-SATURDAY (January 26th-28th):  Extra 50% Off Clearance Prices on Toys.

    (See below screenshot from website.)


    For example, I was able to find a slightly misplaced #31038 Changing Seasons for $19.99 after all discounts applied ("clearance" price of $39.99, with 50% knocked off of that price), so a net discount of 60% off full retail:


    My store was already fairly cleared out last week, especially the City / Creator / Nexo Knights / Star Wars / Minifig Superheroes section. The Friends / Elves section had some more clearance items left (smaller Friends Pop Stars sets, some Friends Birthday/Party sets, and some Elves sets, including some larger sets, such as  -- I think -- a few #41180 Ragana's Magic Shadow Castle.  They had a spot and sticker for #41101 Heartlake Grand Hotel, but alas, none were to be had.


    THROUGH MARCH 5TH: Older Dimensions Fun Packs, such as the #71221 Wicked Witch and The Lego Movie sets are marked down to $6.99.*  My store still had some "sold out" sets such as Uni-Kitty and Wicked Witch.


    Also, the Ghostbusters #71242 Ghostbusters Story Pack is half-price through Saturday (the 28th), as are some newer Dimensions Fun Packs (such as #71257 Fantastic Beasts - Tina Goldstein) are half off to $5.99.*

    I was able to take advantage of this today. Unfortunately, most of the sets I really wanted were gone or not on sale, but I was able to pick up a few, like the Shadow Castle, Queen Dragon's Rescue, and the Creator Jet (amongst a few other smaller sets) for 60ish percent off or more.

    I took advantage of this also.  One strange find were some Ninjago Spinners from 2011 on clearance.  About 5 Lord Garmadons.

    Meijer #1 this weekend had all their clearance toys for 50% extra off. I was able to snag the elves #41180 Magic Shadow Castle for about $40.

    Got my hopes up and went to Meijer #2 and nada. No extra 50% off of clearance toys at that location.

    Oh, sorry. That was just to designate one location from another. It was the Gahanna/New Albany, OH location. Normally, Meijer is pretty consistent about clearance sales applying to all stores in a region, but not this time.

    @arathemis Sorry. Meijer #1 is somewhere in Michigan, Grand Rapids I think. That's where the company started. I didn't see your #1 when I was looking at it on mobile.

    The local Meijer has at least some of their TLBM sets marked 20% off this week (the shelf tag dates were 3/5-3/11), although none of the TLBM sets are showing up on Meijer's website at the moment. The one's I remember discounted are the Riddler, the Scuttler, Clayface, and Killer Croc. And, I'm fairly sure the Batmobile was as well.

    Plus, this Friday and Saturday, there's an extra 10% off General Merchandise (mPerks), so the net effect would be a 28% discount off retail.

    ^Ended up going back after dinner to pick up a few extra groceries...
    And, a #70908 The Scuttler.

    That was $57.59 after discounts ($63.99-$6.40), plus I got a $5.00 off coupon on a future Toy Department purchase of $20.00 or more (expires in 2 weeks).

    To add on to the above list, the Joker Lowrider was also 20% off, but that was it.  All the $19.99 and below TLBM sets only had regular price shelf labels, as did the Batcave, which I scanned ($99.99).

    There was an mPerks that I got for $10 off of $50 or more.  I used that and the 10% to buy a couple of Batman sets and the Wu Cru Polybag with Nya and Zane.

    Nothing earth-shattering, but...

    There are some Lego mPerks coupons this week.  Also, this Friday/Saturday is another 10% Off General Merchandise sale (with mPerks), so you should be able to stack that on top of the coupons.


    The only really notable one is the #41118 Heartlake Supermarket, which is showing up on sale on Meijer's website at $26.99, so the $5.00 off coupon should knock it down to $21.99, and the extra 10% off (on Friday/Saturday) should take that down to $19.79 (34% off), which is over four dollars less than the current street price of $23.99 (Amazon/Target/Walmart).

    Got the City Fire Station for $40 ($35 with some rewards my wife had), Super Hero High for $20 as well as various smaller Friends sets and such.....it was a great sale.

    Checked two local Meijer yesterday afternoon... Lego clearance section was picked clean. I found a leftover U-Wing polybag stashed away for $1.50. Bank account claims victory this round.

    Saw today that they have all Lego Star Wars sets 15% off plus you get a $20 gift card if you buy $100 or more in toys or bicycles/accessories of bikes.  Sale good until 12/16.

    I was just in Meijer and they had the Lego Star Wars tagged with the $20 off $100 Toy promo, but they also had them tagged with the $10 off any $50 Star War Toy / Electronic.... On top of the 15% off sale. Not sure if they would stack.

    Nothing special, but the local Meijer had a number of Lego sets at 50% off on the clearance tables this morning: Several BrickHeadz (Black Widow, Hulk, Jack Sparrow, Captain Salazar, Batgirl), as well as some Cars 3 Junior and Duplo sets.

    In the normal toy aisle, there was also a handful of poly sets left over from the stocking stuffer area, though the one bag I scanned rang up at full price.

    Meijer is having a 40% off of  clearance Toy sales, which comes out to just about 50% off their retail price.  There are some city sets, #60154 Bus Station, 60140 Bulldozer Break-In, a LOT of DC Super Hero Girl sets, and the smaller Friends sets, and some Juniors sets.  It's really quite random, one Meijer I went to had about 6 sets total, another had a large variety on clearance!

    My local Meijer (Lancaster, OH) has about a dozen of the Duplo #30323 My First Fish polys for $1.74 in a clearance rack.




    Also, in the weekly ads for next week, from July 1-4 there are mPerks Meijer Bucks coupons for $10 off a $49.99+ item, $15 off a $74.99+ item, and $20 off a $99.99+ item.

    There's meijer bucks, an mperks 15% coupon, and coupons for money's off your next purchase right now. With pharmacy rewards, I got the whomping willow set for effectively $11!

    Spotted the 2018 Christmas Train polybag #30543 at a store in Louisville, KY today, and bought two of them. They were in the Xmas section of the store, in bins near the wrapping paper. Perfect stocking stuffers!

    This poly is becoming a nightmare for me to find, let alone any polys of figure gift sets at Meijer as it appears the Meijers around me do not really care about polys much
