[US] Building event in LA this Sunday 13 Oct

Any LA Bricksetters? The Skirball Center are having a LEGO Day on Sunday, with build tables all day and I believe LUGoLA are attending. I'm attending too! I'm bringing a model from the LEGO Play Book in my luggage and promoting the book which of course I'm happy to sign. Would be great to put more Bricksetter faces to usernames!

Any recommendations of any LEGOness I should see? Not sure where I'm staying or how much spare time I'll get but I thought I'd go to the Glendale Store. Aside from Architecture Studio are there any other US exclusive sets? Do they sell MBA in Stores?

Yes, you can get MBA sets in the LBR stores. You can now get MBA sets at Toys R Us as well. Saw some this past weekend. They are MSRP too, and there is a BOGO 40% off going on this week.

You may want to see if you can get a LEGO Movie sticker for your Palace Cinema at a LBR store as well. Dunno which of the stores out there are most likely to be nice to an AFOL requesting something like that.

I can confirm - Barnes and Noble sells MBA sets. I spotted 20200 today for $29.95 at one of the stores. There is a BOGO 50% off going on right now. And a 20% off coupon floating around which should stack.

Thanks, ended up buying from Glendale in the end. TRU I went to had no MBA! Grrr.
