10% Off Coupon for Exclusives & Hard-To-Find: Store Policy Change

bourgeoispigbourgeoispig Los AngelesMember Posts: 14
While at the Lego Store in South Coast Plaza (Orange County, CA) today, the salesperson informed me that due to recent policy changes, the 10% Off coupon found in the Lego SAHS Catalog was no longer honored for items in the Exclusives and Hard-To-Find categories (defined as 10XXX product numbers). That means no coupon for use in purchasing modulars!

If you can express your displeasure with Lego, please feel free to do so in writing, as the salespeople cited "corporate policy" and couldn't/wouldn't override the cash register's refusal to accept the 10% off coupon.
