Odd time for a snowboarder considering Summer is here.

The next friends theme is the winter ski theme though so I'm not surprised.

Most TRU stores should have the Batpods out today. My local store had a bin full, 5.99 but today or this week they have all Lego Batman 20% off, so they ended up being 4.79 each.
Thanks, I was wondering about the Batpod and the sale.  Did it ring up with the 20% off automatically or did they have to adjust it?  I'll most likely have to ask for the the poly at the CS desk and it'll save some hassle if I don't have to explain why it should be 20% off in addition to how I can buy it outside of the promo.
I know this is late but I did purchase a few separately during the TLBM sale and they did ring up 20% off; no adjustment was needed.

NVM the message I sent to you. The subject of the message was referring to a different polybag.

i don't have the number or SKU off hand.

Check with the Customer Service/Returns counter. They usually have them behind the counter.

On June 11th in the US  #5004929 The Batman Battle Pod will be out.  $5.99.   Found this out today when they accidently had one on the shelf and would not sell it to me due to the June 11th Street date.

This is not a thread I frequent often, so apologies if this is out of date or duplicative, but I brought my daughter to the Legoland Discovery Center with my brother and his kids.  I wasn't aware of the protocol but smartly opted for the passes with the free gift.  My four-year old daughter, God bless her, opted for the R3-M2 and allowed me to select the A-Wing pilot as my gift.  (Unbeknownst to my daughter, her poly was "upgraded" to an extra R2-D2.  She's four.)

So the takeaway here is that at least as of June 9, both R3-M2 and the A-Wing Pilot were available at the LDC in Philadelphia.

This leads to a question -- can you use the BOGO passes we get from the SAH Lego Store for the entrance fee with free gifts?  Or does that only work for the base entrance fee?  And how often to they change out the gift options (i.e. when do I plan our next trip to Philly)?

Ok I went to the Dallas Lego Discovery Center today.  They do have the R3-M2 Figures.  They are free with purchase of a ticket.  They do not ring up even though they have a barcode.  I was able to talk the manager into letting me buy one for the price of one of their over priced polybags.  $5.99  Telling him well since I'm not allowed to buy a ticket since I don't have a small child.

Got the R3-M2 poly at the Toronto LDC today.  They had to pull them from the back and they rang up at $5 each.

The Jungle theme is getting a poly: #40177 and comes with a tent, I imagine these will be sought after as tents are hard to find sometimes for a good price.
  • JenniJenni Member Posts: 1,390
I want different tents. I have three of the Friends ones but the hot pink leaves you limited in who can go on the camping trip.

Does anyone happen to know if #5004928 (Kiss Kiss Batman keychain) will be available in the US?  I know it was available for a short amount of time if you saw a certain showing of TLBM, but just wondering if I should pull the trigger on a UK ebay listing.  Many thanks!

It was a giveaway at some movie theaters during the release of the Lego Batman movie in the US. No clue if it will be available again.

It was a key chain, I doubt it. There are not too many giveaways ( I cannot recall any actually) that were key chains and doubt they would do it at a retail store or LEGO promo. Though I guess if you knew the cinema chain you could always go to one and ask if they still happen to have any in the back..

Sorry, I think the bricks and the gold and Red plated figure were keychains

That's true. I got mine at a Cinemark theater in Virginia. Might be worth following up there to see if they have any leftovers.

At Eden Prairie Target yesterday, I noticed the mini Batwing seems to have replaced Kylo Ren's shuttle as the dominant poly at the checkouts.

As much as I hope it is a Target and not a LDC or TRU, has anyone heard anything about when and where the #40177 (Jungle subtheme poly with tent) is going to show up?

Went to the LDC today and they had tons of #30428 Green Ninja Mech Dragon, and #30379 Quake Mech, as well as #30377 Motor Horse.

Went to the Chicago LEGO Store (Water tower) today, and they had #30398 #30473 #30524 for sale for $4.99. I was told LEGO set them the extra gwp sets, and they were to sell them off. Don't know if it's a one time thing, or if that's the new policy.

I saw the same thing in Providence RI, wasn't sure what it was about. Didn't remember them having polys before

Thanks @starfire2 for the heads up! Found #30427 in Maryland today at the Glen Burnie North Target. Not bad for $3.50. The folks who enjoy building the set while it is still in the bag aren't going to be happy because there is a separate bag of small parts, like the tracks, in the polybag.

  • madforLEGOmadforLEGO Member Posts: 10,789
I have to admit that #30427 mini model is really well done, and has some nice parts to boot.

^ The dpci on the receipt is 204000291, but that might be a generic polybag number?
