    I'm not sure if this applies but the lego store in Tysons, va was handing out the lego employee minifigures to anyone in the store.

    Ya I ordered some stuff online at TRU and added a few of every ploy I could find on the site.
    Some were listed but i could not add them to the cart

    Well, that's cool! Probably leftovers from the January calendar coupon promotion. No such giveaway at the Bellevue, WA Lego store, but I didn't get there until about 12 pm.

    Strange as I was told the stores typically do not just hand out extra promos anymore at the stores just to get rid of their stocks. Wonder if that means they are done handing those out forever.

    Well, my wife has had luck with getting free promos, polybags, etc. But not me. ;)

    That said, there were reports of ornaments being handed out for free, in store, during the holiday shopping season.

    The handing out of leftover promos depends from store to store.

    My local store simply acknowledges the promotion until all stock of the free promos are diminished. For example, they are still giving away Lego Store Employees despite the coupon "expiring."

    I HATE TOYS R US !!! somehow they screw me every time! I was literally placing an order for five sets, after all of the BS i hit the final "submit payment" button and instead of giving order confirmation it just goes back to the home page! so i talk to CS on chat window and they say they must of just sold out online and the computer needs to catch up on its inventory. AAHHHHHHHHH !!!!

    I often fight with TRUs site. Like clicking on 'pay with paypal' before logging in to my account. Thought I paid via paypal then took me back to the checkout page to enter all my info. Including payment info, I selected paypal and it did not have me log to paypal in a second time. Then submitted and received my order confirmation. Then a day later the order was cancelled, likely because the system did not do the paypal payment like it should have (Also did not charge me via paypal either). Luckily everything I was wanted to buy was still there. If not for the good price on the Helicopter Arrest, the little construction 'cherry picker' polybag, and the LEGO Cargo Trucks still being in stock, and 5 bucks under actual retail (and them gone from LEGO) I would not have tried to make a purchase. This time I did not use the pay with paypal button and instead did normal checkout until payment then chose paypal and lo and behold it worked.

    I think TRU also has an ET poly bag coming. Maybe a Jaws one too... Seriously, I'm amazed this took so long to come out.

    This is why I do not see paying that much for a minifg. I would hate to be one of those to pay that kind of money for one of those only to see them appear at a TRU for 4.99 per

    The Target I went to tonight already had most of its Easter section setup. The Easter polys are #30203 and #30313.

    Was tempted to go to Target tonight by me, but most times if I recall the Targets by me have a couple of days after Valentine's day to clear out their remaining stocks of stuff.

    My Target is still loaded with Smoothie Carts & Swamp Helicopter's...they won't be putting the Easter poly's out for awhile it seems.

    Either that or they wind up at the registers, or in their clearance aisle in a week.

    Actually IMO The #30313 has the best 'bang for the buck' of many LEGO sets I have seen recently. For 3.50 USD you get a figure, a few utensils, and two garbage cans, along with a little cart for the guy to wheel around in (never mind the nifty little armed set up at the back for the transport/placing of a can or tipping the can into the back of the cart)

    I was at LL FL on Jan 24th, and the polybag selection was pretty weak. Nothing to write home about for sure. Pollywogs (that is what my Mac calls them every time!) are just so hit and miss! And I rarely even look at our Targets because their pollywog selection is so lame.

    Target will have them in their Easter Aisle. So if your Target still only has clearance Valentines Day stuff up, that is likely why you do not see them I think. I will be hitting my Targets once their Easter stuff is out.

    By then they'll hang the Smoothie Carts & Swamp Helicopters at the endcaps of the Lego aisle,maybe at reduced price and the Easter poly's (30313) will be hidden in the easter section.I'm also looking forward to this poly to add to the #4432 I just added to my modular city.

    Our target had smoothie carts for $1.99 and swamp copters for $1.79. Easter stuff wasn't out yet but I did find 2 garbage trucks.

    Same at our 2 Targets....yet #8028 Tie Fighter and #30053 Republic Attack Cruiser remain hanging.

    Smoothie cart & swamp copter never showed up at my central Indiana Target. I'm still hoping they'll be out for Easter.

    However I did find #30313 and #30285 Tiger at my local Meijer on Saturday in their still-mostly-empty Easter section. Didn't see a bin/basket for any Friends/Princesses polys in that area. I really love the tiger, right now he's up on his hind legs looking through the window of the Valentine's Day vignette, hungry for a dinner of the newly-engaged!

    Near me Swamp Copters are $1.74 on end cap and I only saw 1 Smoothie Cart $1.99 near registers alongside Starwars & Chima sets...I don't know where they hid the rest because store inventory shows a lot more.Still no #30313 but it looks like they're getting ready to stock the seasonal aisle with easter stuff.

    Found 1 swamp polybag $1.74 in my Target run today. For the same price I bought bags of clearances Hersey kisses. Can't go wrong with chocolate.
