    @starfire2 I believe the Jokers Bumper Car is a TRU poly & we'll probably see it tied to one of those "Spend $30" & get the poly if it hasn't already passed us by.I haven't seen them at all in my area.

    All good. The Target poly's seem to be landing out west first and eventually making their way east.

    Not here, Idaho. Targets all have the same 2 China polys is all. Lots of them.

    #30313 Now showing up in FL at Target DPCI 204-00-0251. Was told they are for the Easter set.

    According to my local Target employee, the poly's for V-Day, #30202 and #30311, are in limited supply, and they aren't expecting multiple shipments of them. IMHO this makes sense based on the fact that we are already seeing the Easter poly at locations. One would think that if they were getting more of the V-Day Poly's they wouldn't have yet received the Easter one's.

    The Targets in my area have 30 or less each in stock,no way there will be any left after Valentines Day to go on clearance,if that's even what they'd decide to do with them.I just got #30226 at Target before xmas & also just finished building #4429 so I'm all helicoptered out...I'll pass on the Swamp Copter.

    Spotted polybag #40101 at LDC in Atlanta. Assuming this was a MMB at some point. Price was $5.00.

    Also my local TRU was STUFFED with Rocket Raccoons and Dareth polys.

    Found smoothies cart on University in St. Paul, MN but not the other valentine day's poly, or 30313. Too bad, as the friends poly is the one I don't want :)

    Went to another Target... quarry in MN. Again smoothies but no police helicopter. I didn't even see a price tag for it on the shelf at any of the stores in the valentine section.

    The five Target locations in southern NJ that I typically hit up haven't gotten any real new selection on their polybags. Many still have #30265, #30226, #30227, #30247, #30240, and #30053 rotting on their peg hooks at the registers.
    The two TRU locations still have a load of the old junky ones, for the most part. I did find one location that had a TRU-exclusive "free as gift with other purchase" minifig polybag (unfortunately I don't have the number) that they were charging 5 bucks for (I grabbed one of course) but other than that they still have loads of old rocking horse and turkey sets.

    This is about the same thing I am seeing here. West Orange County, Calif.

    Went to a fourth target in MN and again, no polys in the valentine section. Weird. This time it was the one on Penn/494 in Bloomington.

    Ok, LEGO Discovery Center in Schaumburg had the following when I was there earlier:
    #30313 garbage truck (The target Easter one and not 'released' yet),
    #30312 jack hammer truck( yes the Feb promo),
    #30202 Smoothie cart (Also at target),
    #30203 Mini golf (the promo),
    #30314 Go kart racer.
    They are all 5 USD each

    The more I think about it, the TRU will likely have the Joker Bumper car as some part of promo when Jokerland comes out, but that is a guess (Wonder if Jokerland will be a TRU exclusive set)

    @hkcrazy88 086-14-3259 is the number for Smoothie Carts & Swamp Helicopter...it's considered a Valentines Day promo,which is why everyone is finding them in the Valentines section rather than Lego aisle.

    MrJ_NY is both right and wrong. That DCPI is for one of the two. Both sets do have different DCPI's.

    I stopped at my local Target today and asked about the Lego polys that are usually in the seasonal section (Valentines). They checked their system and said they weren't getting any in for Valentines...and that included all the other toys (Barbie, Hot Wheel, Hello Kitty). So I used the inventory checker and out of the 18 stores nearest me (Iowa), only 8 showed having any #30202 Friends Smoothie Car/City Swamp Helicopter in stock/back room (25-30). The others all said none(0). Any chance these are being held back for Easter also?

    The local Targets are slowly putting them out in the Bay Area.

    But don't expect them to be in the Christmas/Easter $1/$2/$3, etc. bins.

    Valentine's Day polybags were just placed on the shelves flat.
    When I visited a local Target, there were only about 10 polybags of each (swamp and smoothie).

    I bought #30311 today at Target in Bethel, Connecticut for $3.49. DPCI on my receipt is 204-00-0459. They also had a bunch of the smoothie carts. Both items were in the Valentine section.

    I also saw #30311 at LDC in NY yesterday in a bin with #30218.

I missed out on Flower Cart too due to all the shenanigans at the beginning of this month and short supply. I wonder if the carts have shown up at any LDCs or Legoland for that matter?

    I'm seeing the swamp plane #30311 and Friends Smoothie Cart #30202 at most Targets but never both at the same Target.

    I will say they do not have the Flower cart that was the Jan Promo at LEGO.com but then again LDC is surprising me with the polybags they are getting and it is almost making me want to go up there next weekend to see what they get in.

    Of course, if you see the Flower Cart, I'd like 2 of those. It's possible all of these polys might show up at Legoland when I'm there in March, but I thought to be sure, I'd get them via the Midwest Brickset chapter. :•)

    Are the flower Carts "sold out" at most Lego Stores...I was surprised when I went in to get my detective office a couple of weeks ago that they gave me one. I thought they were long gone.

    I think they are now. It just depends on how popular the store is I think. But i think all are likely sold out.
    However, that does not mean store like LDC, which are not owned by LEGO, will not get them.

    Nice, thx. I have seen these initially at TRU, but then gone, I saw them at an LDC some time ago, but seeing they are at TRU again, maybe I will pick up a few again. Glad these are still showing up at TRUs and other places. For a while it seems like it has been this poly or that poly is at a store for about 3 days, then gone and never seen again.

    Also the #30229 is available at TRU.com I have discovered.
    I added 4 into my TRU order when buying a few of the LEGO sets on clearance online.
