Did anyone ever win the Ipad?

Somehow missed that survey, have just filled it in, so maybe it is still 'active'.

Found some questions really interesting, e.g.

I would feel a sense of loss without this community - Hell yeah!

What I find fascinating is that someone must have actually typed all those "Disagree — Undecided — Agree"s by hand. It's not copypasta, as there are typos here and there ("agree" vs. "Agree", "Undecided" vs. "Undedided").

Anyway, in the spirit of pretending to be on-topic: I didn't win the iPad. (Could have something to do with the fact that back when I took the survey it didn't ask for an email address at the end. And I'm not filling it all out again.)

I agree. It all sounded legit, but there was just something that seemed a little off. Anyway, I guess I wouldn't be saying that if I had won the iPad. XD

Though you might check the comments section on the frontpage article to see whether anyone actually said there "Hey look, I won" or something. :P

Maybe the real experiment was to see who would fill in a survey on the premise of a free iPad :)

^ I think that experiment has been done many, many times before elsewhere on the internet.

Hi everyone, I am pleased to let you know that the iPad Mini was won by one of your members, the only problem is that he lives in the Ukraine and I am having a lot of trouble working out the best way to get it to him as there seems to be quite a few export bans. I am in Australia by the way. Please post some suggestions.
And to answer some of your comments, someone did suggest to me "If you didn't give away a prize, nobody would know". But I thought that was terrible, I have morals and if I say I am going to do something then I do it.
Thanks so much to all of you that filled in the survey, all I have to do now is analyse it...

I travel to the Ukraine 2-3 times per year for work, and will likely be heading there in October. If the winner is amenable, I could bring the item into the country with me and then figure out a way to mail it to him or otherwise deliver it, depending on what part of the country he is in. I'm assuming he would be more familiar with the domestic mailing processes and whether or not the item would likely arrive safe and unmolested by whatever mail service they use.

I'll ask around with my Ukrainian colleagues about mailing these items internally. As a matter of fact, I'm scheduled to have a call with them in 3 minutes.

(and yes, all of this is 100% true and my offer is genuine).

heck, i might be able to bring him some discounted LEGO as well - it's expensive over there!

@stephy50 Just publish the winner's username here, the rest will sort itself out.
We have a large community and I am sure we can find a way for it to reach the winner, via an offer like the one above already posted here.
