The yellow one is seriously cute. I want a bunch of those yellow bushes - hope they hit the $4.99 price point.

Gosh, there really hasn't been a lot of Mixels discussion here, has there? I had to do a search to find where it was centered, and it turns out the only topic specifically about the Mixels to have any recent posts was the one about their availability on the Toys 'R' Us site in the US.

Anyway, I guess it's better to revive this thread than make a new one. As it turns out, the Mixels website is live! http://www.lego.com/en-us/mixels/

Lots of story tidbits, including some information about the Mixels' personalities, the Nixel antagonists and the ways Mixels can combine.

There are also downloadable PDF building instructions, and towards the back of the instruction manuals, there are finalized pics (albeit small ones) of all 27 Mixels!

There are also animations on each of the product pages and a cartoon video that showcase just how silly and adorable these characters can be.

Also, shop.LEGO.com now lists them with a release date of February 17.

This reminds me of Ben 10, or maybe the Transformers All-Spark mixing it up with Despicable Me Minions.

^ I totally thought "minion" once I saw #41525 Magnifico.

I really want all of them, they look cool and wacky.

    £81 for all 27 Mixels.

OR £162 if you want all 27 models plus the 6 additional builds from each tribe :(

Now I have to wait for discounts...

Got mine today at Walmart :) Very happy. Love rotating eyes especially. I was able to get Teslo 41506, Zaptor 41507, Volectro 41508 (my favorite), Krader 41503, Shuff 41505, Vulk 41501 and Zorch 41502. I only opened Volectro and Krader. Krader came with a tiny cat like creature, looked it up on Lego website, - a Nixel.

We've got nice big pics of the Series 2 and 3 Mixels from the German Toy Fair:

Series 2 (Frosticons, Fang Gang, and Stretchers)

    Series 3

    Another angle

    Series 2 packaging

Looks like in addition to the three eye styles in Series 1, there will also be minifigure eyes printed with black pupils as eyes on #41509, #41517, and #41524!

I picked up some up at a B&M store today just for parts, but ended up building them first. They are actually pretty fun to build and the finished figures aren't bad.

Grabbed all 9 of these today from the store. No idea why since they don't really appeal to me, but it didn't cost too much and I figured I'd set them on my desk at work. Built just one so far.

Mixels remind me 2005 x-pod series. I loved those, I wish mixels would have more options for each of them, like x-pods did. There was a combination option for 2 or 3 of the x-pods too and they came with the small storage container, wish mixels had one too. Oh well, mixels are still cute idea

Got my first mixel today. Kind of cute. Mixels and Legend Beasts have made me understand just how much the small ball joints with friction are the best new Lego parts in years.

I also noticed those three little mixels on the Lego Mixels minisite. Does anybody know more about these? Maybe Mixels promo polybag?

^ @mressin Those are Nixels, and they're found packaged with certain Mixels sets. Of the nine in each wave, three will contain Nixels as well. #41501, #41503 and #41506 are the ones from the first wave that have them, from what I've seen (I don't own any Mixels, not in the UK yet I don't think :-( ). Hope that helps :-)
