Set number linking on mobile device

When browsing the forum on my Android phone the #XXXX number links bring up a search instead of the set page. Just wondering if this was just something that can't be done the same on a phone or if something is broken.

I also get the same, and I think a number of others have reported the same problem.

Yep, it's always been like that. For some reason Vanilla's mobile version is much less customizable than the full site, one of the consequences being that the script that converts the # from a search of the forum (what it originally did) to a Brickset link doesn't function in it.

Windows phones are the same as well, so it seems it is the same across all mobile platforms.

On any of my mobile devices (including tablet, iPhone and Android phone), hashtag-number never brings up the set, just a search within the forum, but I think that's the way it has always been.

My desktop (laptop) works fine, however. I'm kinda creeped out by that Geoffrey polybag...

@kmellymel yeah it's reminiscent of a mounted deer head. I've though about making a body for it, maybe it won't be as creepy then.

I think @Huw said at one point that it was a limitation of the mobile version of the Vanilla forums or something and wasn't something specifically related to Brickset.
