@Basta, thanks for the Arkham Asylum info at Target. Did a search and came up with nothing. This is a good discount for us on this set! Even buying it O/S doesn't bring it under under $200 given lack of wide-spread availability and shipping fees. Interestingly, Myer sale has some good discounts on Lone Ranger, even now without Myerone. Better than everywhere else I've looked, including ebay, shopforme and the other retailers... In case you're looking. :-)

I heard earlier that Kmart is stocking the Haunted House. It's listed in their website, though, I didn't see it in the catalogue.

Yeah they have it but most stores are sold out. As you say you can still order it online. I looked on Bricklink a few weeks ago and the cheapest I found it for was just under $240 shipped, so the $249 Kmart price is no bad.
