Technic - when do the 'second half' sets start to appear?

Haven't been back into Lego for that long, so haven't grasped the 'calender' that TLG work to.
Can anyone clarify when the 2nd half Technic stuff is likely to start appearing?
I'm guessing sometime in July or August.

    In the UK? Usually when the Argos catalogue is published at the end of July.
