Selling Multiple Legos Sets including Green Grocer and Cafe Corner

Hello All,

I am trying to sell off a few of my Lego sets for two reasons. One, I am running out of room to store and display them and two, I spent way too much money on my other hobby recently. (I do have way to many hobbies,lol)

All of the sets are complete and were built once and displayed in a non smoking home. None of them were parted out on Bricklink. They are all original. I do not have the box for any of the sets, but I do have the instructions for all of them. I will be shipping sets in multiple zip top bags unless some areas have stickers and I rather not disassemble. Please let me know if you have any questions. I will take the best offer I get over the next week or two. These sets are located in New Jersey.

Ok, I am hearing that my pricing on the two modular homes is too much. So here are some updated prices:

We have been asked by the site admin not to comment on prices on posts like this.

But since you did, I'll defend him by pointing out that his prices are well below the lowest Bricklink used set prices, they are quite fair from my point of view.
