    All of these prices appear to be Amazon and not 3rd party.
    Ahhh, be careful.. Amazon is selling out and the prices are 3rd party!

    Check under the "more buying choices" there for me it showed the option to purchase it directly from Amazon.

    Again these were on sale from AMAZON (not third party) for the prices above.
    It appears that Amazon has sold out of the Haunted House and Arkham Asylum sets at those sales prices and now Amazon is showing 3rd party prices for Arkham and Haunted House and I would not buy from a 3rd party, but I would if it says in the listing that it is In stock and ships and sold from Amazon.com

    What @Brixy said. Check under "more buying options" on the right hand side. Still showing as in stock from Amazon for me as well. 111 left with a limit of 2. Go go go!

    So tempted to get AA as well, but it's only 20% off. I guess I'm going to hold out on that one for now.

    Very tempting on the Haunted House. Great price to both build and potentially to resell. Unfortunately I don't have the money to spend on Lego right now. It will be around for awhile so I'm not going to fret.

    The third party Japanese seller with the deep discount but expensive shipping cost was truly bizarre.

    I already had one AA but picked up another one because you really need two for it to feel complete to me...great find. I really wanted a HH but was too slow on the trigger.... They had 26 AA left when I ordered

    Tempted to buy the HE, but I think I'll wait for a slightly better deal. Anybody notice how many Japanese resellers there are for the HE and the prices they're charging? 9 out of 11 of the sellers are in Japan. And almost all charging over $300. (most of them are that price after shipping).

    That sounds about right, if I recall, they were $245 delivered, but perhaps it was $247 delivered.

    Either way, a heck of a deal. It didn't last long, a few hours if I recall.

    Thanks to @iancam33 for notification of the sale!

    Been waiting for Arkham to get discounted since its release, so even when in the middle of a customer meeting/audit I dropped everything for a minute and got a copy before the buzzer rang. Gotta get my Lego fix, work be damned! :)

    I would say that people need to keep watching Amazon as I'm guessing some people were using multiple accounts to buy quantities and if that occurs then maybe Amazon catches it and cancels orders.
    Nevermind, it seems like some sets are off sale already..
    That was a bit bizarre of a flash sale and I was glad i checked Amazon this afternoon.
