Everyone knows it's real!!! It just happened a long time a go in a galaxy far far away! ;)

@starwars4ever - Finn refers to the star around which Starkiller Base orbits as "the sun" towards the end of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The word 'sun' strictly refers to stars which are like our own sun, clearly indicating that we live in the same universe and that we have acquired the term on Earth having heard it from an alien species which once visited the Star Wars galaxy and acquired the term there.

If that does not confirm that Star Wars really happened then I don't know what will! ;o)

I was looking at my Guardians of the Galaxy lego sets which are on a shelf near my laptop desk. The only set I'm missing is #COMCON035-1 "The Collector"! A creepy dude totally unlike myself :) I prefixed with my first name for a personal touch and voila!

When I get the time, I think I will try to create an avator from #COMCON035-1 picture :)

There's also the fact that when that little force sensitive Extra Terrestrial (of the same species seen in the Galactic Senate in The Phantom Menace) wandered off and was left behind on Earth, he immediately recognised Yoda ( or another unnamed member of Yodas unnamed species) during trick or treating. It's also quite well known that when the famous archeologist Henry Jones Jnr unearthed the Well of Souls there was evidence in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs of historic encounters with protocol and R2 series droids... Definitely our Universe!

Vorpal means deadly (creation of the word is attributed to Lewis Carroll), just loved the word since I first came across it, I've used a couple names online incorporating the word. Ryu is dragon in Japanese, I was born year of the dragon (1976, element for that year was fire). So my name is effectively deadly dragon.

I really liked the Crazy Scientist in Series 4 of the CMFs. I signed up on a LEGO site as CollectableMinifig4Scientist. People there called me CM4S so I stuck with that for a while. Then I think either someone called me CM4Sci or I didn't like CM4S without the Sci but I ended up going with CM4Sci since then!

I chose "sidewinder" (or well, rather SiDEWiNDER) back in the very early 90s as on-line persona, based on this track from the game "Ivan Ironman Stewart's Super Off Road":

    httpmagicpowersourcecxtomsidewinderjpg

Abbreviated to sidewindr in the late 90s for IRC (9 character handles), but that was taken already, so substituted the e for a 3 and voila...

I chose this name because I'm trying to get a Youtube show off the ground with the same title. The most annoying thing is that YT is structured so that even if you search the exact name it's still really hard to find as more popular channels get boosted higher!

My favorite theme has always been classic space with it's prolific use of grey. So after slipping into my dark ages in 1984 and returning in 2012 to discover the color changes (and the profound controversy surrounding those changes), I wanted to use 'grey' in some form for my LEGO related online footprint. I especially liked the new dark grey color but wasn't too keen on using bluish-gray or bley, then stumbled upon the official LEGO naming and decided to go with that as it had the right moodiness and gothic appeal for me.

As for the avatar, that covers one of my other cherished interests which is astronomy. It's the shot looking back towards Sol catching the thin halo of atmosphere discovered around Pluto by the New Horizons mission in July 2016. It's a very cool pic and the color palette fits well with the username (plus it kinda looks like a single stud floating in space!)

Did you miss all the hubbub when the IAU determined that Pluto wasn't a real planet? That was one of the sticking points — no logo.

Previously I was Agarak, after an obscure Bionicle G2 character.

My current moniker is a reference to my status as a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. There is a one time, unnamed character whom I have dubbed Searchlight, and he’s a Royal Guard-hence, SearchlightRG.

I was hoping for "Player 1"  But that was already taken, along with 2, 3 and I think 4.

So this was my alternate fall back.

My cousin made an account for the neopets website and called himself teetoeen.... I still have NO clue where that came from but it challenged me to think outside the box for a username.. all my previous ones kept being taken. I used to use dilophosaurus with some numbers as I love dinosaurs and tried to think of one that not many would know, use, or spell correctly at least lol... But anyways neopets was one of the earliest internet game websites I signed up for and I was tired of names being taken so I decided to think of something no one else could possibly choose... we had been playing on the brand new artificial turf field at school and somehow I combined that with the number ten... switching a u for an e... Yeah no one was gonna think that up except me.. I still get funny looks when asked my email and I have to spell it lol.

My initials are SPD, I used them on arcade game saves when you could only have three letter names (there was a Daytona arcade game in the motorway services on the M6 near Manchester that had SPD as every name in the top 10 for a week in 1993) Someone said it looked like it said speed. And I'm a man. The 29 is a left over from previous house numbers I've lived at.

I use PxChris or a variant of it (px_chris on Instagram for instance) most places on the internet these days. Px is related to my favorite band, MxPx, of which fans call themselves Pxers, short for PxPx or Pokinatcha Punks. And then Chris just who I is. :-D

Well, mine is from Scrooged. The name I used elsewhere (badgerboy) was taken on the frontpage. So I used this as it's a great scene in the film.
    Excuse me, Lumpy.
Most folks 'round here call me Mr Cross.
Well sorry, I'm new and I got a problem.

I used to use "PatrickD", but when more people got online AND people stopped using small forums and we were on sites like LiveJournal or Twitter where all the short usernames were already taken, I started using "PDelahanty" because there's not a lot of people out there with my last name spelled like this.  (A hall of fame baseball player and his brothers from 100+ years ago, a priest in Kentucky, and some Maine judges to name a few...)  This username tends to be available on sites like Twitter as long as I don't wait around years to sign up.  (...like I did for Gmail.  Couldn't have it there.)

My choice is so obvious I cringe at explaining it. Clearly it is because I am a Granny AGE 76) and this is a Lego site but more importantly I am Granny LEGO to my young grandson and a couple of other young relatives.

@GrannyLEGO I'm "LEGO Grandma" to my grandchildren. I was quite surprised and taken aback when they first called me that but on reflection I realized that they meant it as a complement. Of course the whole thing has gone to my head now and I refer to LEGO as my Superpower. Maybe I should have a cape made...

My name is Kurt. A friend of mine has a cousin named Kurt (or Curt, IDK.) The summer of 2020, I was invited to join them camping. When my friend told one of his daughters "Kurt will be joining us," she asked, "Which Kurt?" He replied, "LEGO Kurt." 😁
