Custom Star Wars Fact Plaque

So right now I only collect the Star Wars UCS and Planet Series sets, but I'd like to start collecting and building The Old Republic sets. Long story short, I am trying to find a way to make custom fact plaques like the ones found on the UCS models. Has anyone seen this done before or does anyone know of any guides or software that can help make this happen? Thanks in advance.

    I did a quick google search and found this:

    I assume you then just edit it and add the text you want; you could use something as basic as MS Paint.

    Then you just need to get it printed on to stickers, which I’m sure you can do at home or for better quality get a professional printing house to do it. There is probably some online where you can upload the picture to them and they send you the printed stickers.
