poly bags of dark grey plates and light grey cones

Hi all!
I have 4-5 bags that I can't remember where from and would like to identify...
They contain about 40-50 of each of 4108041: PLATE 2X3 in dark grey, and 458902: NOSE CONE SMALL 1X1 in light grey (grey, not bluish/stone grey).
BrickSet shows no sets that have any more than a handful of each of these...

I thought they were from ~2008, but brickset says the last set was ~2005.

All help appreciated, thanks!

The UCS Star Destroyer #10030 has 55 2x3 plates in dark grey. IIRC, that set was one that, at least some examples had a mix of the old and new grey shades, so I believe that's why the old dark grey plates don't appear as inventory.
(I checked 2x3 dark grey plates at Bricklink.)

    Edit: #10030, not #10300... :)

...and #10030 also has 62 of the 1x1 cones! Mystery solved?

Edit: the set was available until the end of 2007, so I'd say that fits your time frame pretty well.

Problem solved, Brickset has the #10030 UCS star destroyer as stone/bluish grey and cones with grooves instead of original grey and without grooves.
It's entirely possibly it existed in both variants as it was around the cutover.

Thanks 560heliport, no idea why your replies didn't show when I was replying.

@DeeHants, nice to see you round these parts again.

Our inventories are only as good as those LEGO publish which in the case of older sets is not very good :-)

And, yes, I think your right, #10030 was made in both colours.
