Set 10233 plus Setup

Hi folks, I have been given two of the Lego sets 10233 Plus the power bits as offered on Lego.com(http://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Horizon-Express-Kit-5001925) My question is, What do you do with all the power packs etc, do i need plastic or metal rails? How do i install power to rails, engine etc. There are no instructions with this. Any help would be helpful.

    @StompingFreak, instructions for the motorization is at the end of booklet #3. You need regular plastic rail like in set #3677 or #7499.

    Manythanks, Iv'e not open the sets as i didn't want to start building something, i could give or sell on. Never used train sets with Lego before.
