    "Please include your Brickset ID (Main site or forum) in the comments and mark it as a gift payment."
    I have to questions on this:
    - My ID is my nickname, right?
    - How do I mark the payment as gift? I don't see any way to do that :-/
    Thanks for help.

    1. Correct, so for you your ID would be "Holodoc"
    2. It seems there is no gift option if you're in Germany, but:

I've a similar entry from another member based in Germany. He paid £6.50 and the fee was 45p. Therefore he received 6 tickets. Hope that helps :-)

    @Holodoc your ID is your nickname yes. It appears some countries don't have the gift option so if your entry can just add few % to cover the fee it would be greatly appreciated. I think its 4%. Don't worry about it though. If it arrives a tiny bit short its not a problem.

    @Holodoc Brickset ID is your screen name -- so it's "Holodoc" for you.
    When you select the Send Money tab in the Paypal menu, you'll see a prompt below the amount: What are you sending money for? and two choices. Pick the 2nd one: I'm sending money to family and friends, that way no fees are charged to the receiver of your funds, in this case, Kevin.
    If you're in a country whose Paypal service doesn't have that option, then just add a little extra to cover the fees.

    @kevbags
    My Yankee dollars are converted to GBP and donated. The tally board is fast approaching 1,000! The hairy fairy godfather doesn't have a fear of heights, does he? I know: distract him with a new pair of shoes. :)

    Done. (why doesn't Germany have the gift option?)
    Nevertheless thanks for the super-fast help!

    @LegoKip - you're not far off with the shoes; the hairy fairy is more into boots though. I've seen him in some proper flash footwear! ;-)

    We are going to need a bigger totalizer...... It's currently undergoing some essential maintenance but will hopefully be back soon to keep you updated.

    Wait for me, wait for me... :o)

    This is amazing, and perfectly timed to get us all back onto the lego community bus, what with all those recent negative threads over one issue or another, that were getting us all worked up and making us look bad.

    Weeeeeeeee, back to the fun and games again!

    No worries. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will get that right off.

    Works on pesky, unwanted chrome, too. ;)

    @samiam391 I would like to say no bricks have been permanently damaged but you would have to consult with @LostInTranslation

    @Yellowcastle negotiations are on going re the Han polys. Following official guidlines it will only apply to US entries though ;-)

    Each ticket should now cost £1.02. £1 for good causes and a 2p totalizer tax to pay for maintenance and future extension of the totalizer.

    I should get a job in local government.

    Robnwcc can vouch for the safety of the bricks, he saw the totalizer in the construction process :-)

    Epic!!! Can't believe you actually got hold of a Mr Gold for the raffle!!

    Hmm, do I need to buy more tickets now?!
  • atkinsaratkinsar Member Posts: 4,272
    Well I just won £10 on the lottery, seems pretty obvious what to do with it now. Fantastic news about Mr Gold, an incredibly generous donation, thanks mystery person! This will hopefully boost an already fantastic total.

    @kevbags just to be clear, there is nothing stopping anyone purchasing a second lot of tickets, right?
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Fairy Land Member Posts: 4,030
    @princedraven Great question.

    Just to clarify. If people wish to have more entries then it is allowed. All entries before his arrival are eligible to win him as are all new entries.

    Good idea. Perhaps it could be entered into the raffle? Technically it's already part of the event so we wouldn't be breaking any rules for 'additional prizes'. ;o)

    Outstanding amount raised so far.

    Just another example how Lego brings out the best in people and is a great community to be a part of.

    Amazing donation in and of itself, but the fact that the donor chooses to remain anonymous shows just how selfless the act is. If you're reading, I salute you!
