@Basta Over £1000 would be amazing wouldn't it. Hopefully the entries keep coming :-)

@MorkMan last year ticket sales were £277 so it was rounded to £300 (I prefer round numbers) Its fair to say we have smashed that already but of course we do have more prizes and are looking to help in more locations.

  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Fairy Land Member Posts: 4,030
I suppose we can hope Lucy :-) I'm worried about falling off! Would be fantastic if we did need an extension though wouldn't it?
  • LostInTranslationLostInTranslation UKMember Posts: 5,547
Maybe I'll build an extension tonight just in case. Don't worry, mini-Kev will be well secured ;-)

Just bought a few tickets. Great raffle for a great cause. Maybe it should be bi-yearly instead?

Twice yearly, or every two years?

I doubt it would be as good if it to became like CMF with "too many" series per year.

Twice a year could be cool, twice as many prizes to win :)

One that is done in November and funds raised going towards christmas Lego for disadvantaged kids or something similar.

As @CCC mentioned though, would it be too much? Maybe it is expecting too much from everyone.

Maybe a discussion to have once we are done with this one.
  • greekmickgreekmick UKMember Posts: 710
Maybe do it once a year but nearer Christmas time. This is the "dummy" run
  • SirKevbagsSirKevbags Fairy Land Member Posts: 4,030
^ Very much so. Everyones enthusiasm is fantastic so lets deal with whats on our plate and get me scaling that totalizer :-)

Let's hope that totaliser needs to grow in size before the end.

Takes me back to when women used to dress up like them ...

(Probably for older Brits only. And I don't know where Lesley Judd's hands are.)

I think she has got her head on the wrong way round. Either that or the smile on her face can be explained

So maybe we need a collection to buy 2x #983 in light flesh.

Come to think of it, the bright dress colours, the old "Luke Skywalker" haircut for Lesley, removable hands, the head on back to front, they are looking more and more like minifigs.

By that I mean, 2 times a year. So Spring and Autumn or whatever fits. Bi-yearly wasn't descriptive enough and i'd clearly not had my morning coffee.
