Garmatron & Laval Royal Fighter QC Issue

I've heard a rumor about there being a quality control issue with the #70005 Laval Royal Fighter and #70504 Garmatron. Both show "out of stock, will ship in 30 days" on the US [email protected] website. Has anyone else heard of this or know what the issue is?

    Faulty treads? I haven't heard this, I'm just guessing.

    The treads on the Garmatron are ridiculous. They pull the model apart.

    You must have forgotten some part of the build. For fun, I rolled the Garmatron on a thick carpeted area. I may have been childish of me, put that truly proved its durability. I honestly can't see how there is a problem there.
