Buying masses of bricks?

Hello all, I was wondering if the Brickset community could help me out. I remember reading something somewhere recently about being able to buy a lot of one type of brick from Lego Stores. You'd have to ask the staff which mass boxes they currently had and the larger the box the more of a discount you got. I think it may have been in the Brickset new feed or in a Hispabrick magazine. Can anyone help me with what I'm trying to find or confirm that Lego shops will do this?

The Lego stores will sell K boxes - I think that is what they are called. They are normally used to fill the PaB walls. Not sure of the price as I've never bought any myself, but seem to recall reading around £45 for a box.

^ I don't remember him discussing boxes but if so that shouldn't be hard to find on the main site, it wasn't long ago.
